describe my work style as Available, Attentive and Attached.
AVAILABLE
I’m available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
and
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On weekdays at 6 p.m., the cell phone
goes to sleep and gets a couple of hours’ jump on me. But
you can leave a message anytime at 303-336-0324 and I’ll return
it the following working day. I take Sundays and Wednesday afternoons
off.
ATTENTIVE
I’m a strong believer in attentiveness. For me, that means
not letting the phone or e-mail interrupt me when I’m working
with you. I find it works well to return all my calls between 11
and noon and again from 4 to 5 in the afternoon. If there’s
some reason I can’t return calls during one of those intervals,
I’ll be sure to leave a message on my voice mail telling you
when I’ll be able to get back to you. If you feel you have
to talk to me at a time beyond the hours I’ve set aside to

ATTACHED
That brings me to the “attached” part. I work only as
a “Buyer’s Agent.” In that way, you get my best
and undivided attention. We’ll go out together to look at
homes as soon as we know from your lender the range we should be
looking for. I find it works best (for both of us) if everyone involved
in the purchasing decision goes along when looking at properties.
Now if you’re out by yourself and see a “For Sale By
Owner” sign in front of a house that looks like a possibility,
write down the address and phone number and I’ll take it from
there. It costs you nothing extra and
often saves you time, effort and headaches.
