Kelly is very professional. I especially appreciated his knowledge of the business and the little things that can make a difference when selling your house. For example, with my house, I had moved out and Kelly suggested staging the townhouse. Staging involves furnishing it to give perspective buyers a sense of how the house can be decorated and to make the house seem more inviting and welcoming. Kelly also suggested that we put a pan on the stove filled with water and apples, oranges, cloves and cinnamon. When we heated up this "soup" it filled the house with a
warm, good smell. The smell reminded you of mom and apple pie. Neither of things were necessarily required, but they definitely made a difference.

The other quality that Kelly brought to our professional relationship and which I greatly appreciated was the timeliness in which Kelly answered my questions and returned my phone calls/e-mails. I was working in one town and living in another town - neither of which was the town where we had the house for sale. So much of our communication had to be done over the phone and over e-mail. Kelly was very prompt in getting back to me, always answering my questions. We even did the closing remotely and it was never an inconvenience to me, nor did I ever feel like I was "bugging" Kelly with dumb questions.
